Incident Response Training & TTX
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Incident response is a critical component in a cyber strategy. Your response plan must be accurate and detailed in order to provide valuable guidance in the immediate aftermath of an incident, moments when it is imperative to preserve as much as possible of the organization’s critical assets. During this session, attendees will learn the steps in defining an Incident Response Plan as we simultaneously walk through a real-life incident. Attendees will participate in a tabletop exercise (TTX) that explores the real need for all utility staff to understand their roles in business continuity and recovery. The class is targeted for any utility staff, especially IT staff and utility management.
