Exhibitor Information

This is an excellent opportunity to make new connections at this regional conference! Interact with key co-op decision-makers from multiple states. Participants include engineers, IT professionals, cooperative managers and many others employed in the cooperative industry.  The conference breaks will be in the exhibitor room with designated exhibitor time and an evening reception.  There are many sponsorship levels available and some include an opportunity to have a breakout session during the conference and promoted in the agenda.

Registration Info

  • The cost is $700 per exhibitor booth. This includes an 8×10 booth and 1 exhibitor attendee, continental breakfast, lunch and reception. Each additional attendee is an additional $100 per person.
  • Exhibitors wishing to attend breakout sessions must purchase a session pass.
  • The registration deadline is 9-22-21 to be included in printed materials. No exceptions.
  • Invoices will be emailed out one week before the conference.

  • Wi-Fi is available in all areas at the conference.

  • We encourage you to bring additional power strips and extension cords.
  • Participants will be eligible to win prizes provided by the AIEC Associate Members, conference sponsors, and exhibitors. Exhibitors are not eligible to win prize giveaways.
